about us and our approach
Welcome!
Welcome to our little corner of paradise! You’ve found what we believe is the best Frenchie website around. We absolutely adore our Frenchies and are dedicated to providing you with a happy, healthy puppy to welcome into your family. When you choose us, you can rest easy knowing your new furry friend didn’t come from a puppy mill and has been showered with plenty of love and cuddles. Right now, we have three lovely ladies: Junie, Pippi, and Clover. They’re all amazing dogs who are deeply cherished. Junie and Clover are lilac and tan, while Pippi is lilac and tan merle. We’re committed to healthy breeding and are very selective about the studs we use. Since we don’t have studs ourselves, we usually go through a trusted stud service for her.
a little bit about us
Hi! We're Myron and Eva Barkman, and we live on 5 peaceful acres right in the heart of Holmes County. Behind our home, there’s a lovely woods, plus a big pasture where our horse and some sheep happily roam. We have a long, winding driveway—about half a mile—that leads back to our house, and we absolutely love the quiet country life. Our place sits off a gravel road, making it nice and peaceful. We enjoy letting Junie run free with our golden retriever, Honey. Honey’s always out and about, ready to greet you with lots of slobbery kisses the moment you arrive. And once you step inside, you’ll meet our other little greeter, Belle. She’s a tiny poodle who’s definitely spoiled rotten and will shower you with love!
our approach
At Rowville Frenchies, we’re all about giving our puppies the best start possible. That’s why we begin early neurological stimulation (ENS) and early scent intervention (ESI) training when they’re just 3 days old. We gently handle them and introduce new scents to spark their brains and help them get ready for life outside a controlled environment. Plus, we make sure they get plenty of human interaction so they’re comfortable with being petted and cuddled. This way, bringing them home will be a smooth and happy experience. We also get them used to their crate, teaching them it’s a safe and cozy spot where they can feel relaxed.
